Tell me what you need doing.
The more concrete the better — "three months behind on a cafe, records are a bank export and a shoebox" tells me more than "enquiring about bookkeeping". I answer within one working day.
Or just email me
It reaches me directly. Attach whatever you have — a bank export, a screenshot of the workbook, a photo of the shoebox.
What happens next
-
I reply within one working day
With either questions, or a request for a sample of the records.
-
You get a fixed quote
Usually within two working days of seeing the records. Scope, price and delivery date in writing before anything starts.
-
You decide
There is no follow-up sequence and no chasing. If I do not hear back, I assume the answer is no and leave you alone.
If I cannot help, I will say so. If the work needs a regulated firm, or the records are too incomplete to do honestly, you will be told that rather than sold something adjacent.
Did I email you?
If you received a cold email from me and want to know why, or want it to stop, that is covered in the outreach section of the privacy notice. Every email I send carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and replying with the word "unsubscribe" works just as well.
